Put in a blender:
3 cloves garlic
1-2 hot red peppers
1 cup water
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (or regular vinegar)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
Blend for about a minute on high. Transfer to a small pot and bring to a boil. Then simmer for a few minutes.
Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir until smooth then add to the chili sauce. Stir to thicken.
This is a great dipping sauce for veggies, veggies spring rolls or anything healthy you want!
