Pumpkin Brownies GF
Preheat oven 375°
In a food processor blend:
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup of nuts, I used almonds and walnuts
blend until nuts are coarsely chopped.
Transfer to a large bowl
Stir in 1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Season with cinnamon and nutmeg or pumpkin seasoning
Stir in 3/4 cup maple syrup (or more for your sweet tooth)
1 small can 100% pure pumpkin
Pour into 9x9 pan
Bake 40-50 minutes
