Plant-based Lemon Pepper Sauce

This is a great summer flavor!


In a food processor add:
2 cans of chickpeas with liquid
3 large garlic cloves microwaved for 20 seconds, skins remove and roughly chopped
Zest and juice of one fresh lemon
Fresh ground pepper to taste.


Blend until smooth.


Tastes fantastic served over steamed potatoes and steamed veggies.
