Pumpkin Hot Cocoa

This tastes like old fashioned hot cocoa that used to be made from scratch with some festive pumpkin flavor added in. 

In a pot on medium heat stir together:
2 cups almond milk or any non-dairy milk
3/4 cup +/- canned pumpkin
1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
Season with:
pinch of salt
or you can use pumpkin spice.
Sweeten with:
maple syrup.

Adjust ingredients to your palette.
