Chocolate Mousse II - Nut Butter

In a food processor add:
1 package if firm or extra firm tofu drained
1 heaping spoonful of your favorite nut butter.
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
maple syrup

I use Once Again all natural nut butter. It's made in my town and my boyfriend is on their cycling team!

I also use local maple syrup drizzling it in for a few tablespoons and tasting so I don't get it too sweet. Blend the ingredients until smooth and yummy.
