Turning Off The Hunger Signal

I am hungry constantly.
Have you ever felt this way?
Why is it that some people have self control and others don't?

Being hungry all the time comes from your body not getting the nutrients that it needs from natural sources. It also occurs from eating foods that suppress the "hunger off" signal like high fructose corn syrup. For example you can eat 3000 + calories of cheeseburgers, fries, mocha lattes, bacon and eggs, yogurt, olive oil, Oreos, diet soda, etc and still be hungry! You have filled yourself up with useless disease promoting calories but your body is craving the nutrients that it needs to fight disease and promote health.

How do I shut off that hunger signal?

Eat nutrient dense foods and eliminate calorie dense foods. Wow, simple! And it works!
Count at least 20 different varieties of mainly fruits and veggies per day including some grains, legumes (beans) and a few nuts and seeds. Seems extreme? Does it take you to far out of your comfort zone? Nothing is as extreme as eating the typical American diet, the ethical and environmental damage it does, causing our nations obesity epidemic and why our health care costs is so out of control. Remember that the next time you are rationalizing eating the stuff you know is making you sick.
