Sweet Corn Salad


Simple and Naturally Sweet!

1-2 cups left over sweet corn (or use frozen corn, thawed)
1 can of black beans drained and rinsed
Add your favorite fresh from the garden vegetables. I used:
Chopped carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Season with fresh cilantro and basmati vinegar (you could also use fresh lime juice).
