Chickpea Snacks GF

I love a quick and easy healthy snack and it is great for on the go!


Preheat oven 400°
Drain 1 or more cans of your favorite chickpeas (garbonzo beans).
Roll the beans in a little bit of corn flour season with your favorite seasonings. I used cayenne pepper and garlic powder. You can also experiment with cumin, ginger or curry.

Put on a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes or more until it is to your desired crunchiness.
If it's to go, let cool and put in a zip close plastic baggie.
