Chocolate Banana Ice Cream Fudge
In your food processor bowl with the blade in it:
slice 3-4 very ripe bananas in the bowl and put it in the freezer for 2 hours or more.
(If you don't have bananas, frozen strawberries work too).
Take out of the freezer and process the bananas. It won't get totally smooth.
Add:
a dollop of natural peanut butter or your favorite nut butter
1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Blend until smooth.
Eat now or return to the freezer for later.
When it is frozen hard it tastes like cold fudge or you can let it thaw a little and it's a little like ice cream!
