Now that's a healthy breakfast!
In a microwave safe bowl:
1/2 c (fresh) old fashioned oatmeal
1 tsp each of ground flax seed and chia seeds
Enough water or non-dairy milk to cover your oatmeal
Your favorite frozen (organic) fruit (I used frozen strawberries)
Microwave for 3-5 minutes (microwaves vary)
Add:
Fresh (organic) fruit (I used blueberries, bananas and nectarines)
Nuts (I used walnuts and almonds)
Maple syrup (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
